The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Fee Earner?
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling sale and/or purchase files, including auction matters where applicable
- Reviewing and preparing legal packs, including auction packs, and identifying issues early to support smoother transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising contracts, transfer deeds, Land Registry documents, and related conveyancing paperwork
- Conducting AML checks and ensuring all client due diligence documentation is complete and compliant
- Responding to enquiries and managing all legal aspects of transactions
- Maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Preparing financial statements, completion statements, and completion documentation
- Facilitating exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Working collaboratively with Sales Progressors and Conveyancing Assistants where applicable
- Ensuring full compliance with CQS, SRA, CLA requirements, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and internal policies
- Maintaining accurate file records and meeting all regulatory and audit requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, partner agents, and all parties involved
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners all welcome
- Ideally 18+ months post-qualification or equivalent case-handling experience
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to outstanding client service
