What will you be doing as a Project Manager?
- Leading the delivery of AI, automation, and efficiency-driven projects across the business
- Managing platform enhancements, primarily in SaaS solutions such as NICE CXOne
- Collaborating across teams including product, technology, operations, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, stakeholder updates, and risk mitigation strategies
- Driving user acceptance testing, change management and post-go-live support
- Ensuring all projects adhere to data governance and security standards
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working with CX platforms, ideally NICE CXOne
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable translating business needs into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with automation and RPA tools (e.g. Zapier), AI/ML concepts, and chatbot frameworks
- Ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, and business stakeholder
This is a hybrid role working 2-days per week in our Newcastle-based Head Office on a 12-month fixed term contract.
