  • What will you be doing as a New Business Development Manager

As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing iamproperty’s partner network across London, identifying and winning new Estate Agency partners and introducing them to our auction services and wider portfolio of property solutions.

This is a proactive, target-driven new business role where you’ll be building your own pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers and turning opportunities into successful partnerships.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, Linked In, networking and industry events.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective Estate Agency partners across the London market.
  • Present, pitch and demonstrate our services to key decision-makers, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Recruit and launch new Partner Agents to use iamsold as their auction service.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce partners to other relevant iamproperty products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with branch managers, directors and wider Estate Agency teams.
  • Work closely with our Onboarding and Account Management teams to ensure new partners have a successful launch and handover.
  • Deliver training and support to new Partner Agents where required, helping them confidently introduce auction to their clients.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and progress against targets.
  • Represent iamproperty at relevant industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within Estate Agency, alongside customer-facing B2B sales experience within the London market.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results within property or a similar sales environment.
  • Experience of prospecting, developing and winning new business.
  • Strong resilience and tenacity, with the ability to remain motivated and focused when faced with rejection, setbacks and challenging targets.
  • Experience using CRM and pipeline management systems.
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline and work effectively remotely.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays when required.
