What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?

  • Support and develop a high‑performing sales team by demonstrating what good looks like and developing an environment for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in coaching and the delivery of team training requirements, tailoring your approach to the needs and preference of the individual.
  • Support the setting and delivery of ambitious sales targets, focusing on both team and individual performance, ensuring to demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Communicate across all areas of the business, embracing the company values and ensuring each stage of the customer journey is delivered with professionalism.
  • Stay attuned to market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments and translate this awareness into actionable insights that inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Be involved in recruiting for new members of the sales team, taking part in interviews and making key decisions.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within Property, Estate Agency or similar industries is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience managing office‑based and remote teams.
  • Experienced people manager, with a proven record of purposeful coaching to identify areas of improvement within the sales team.
  • Experience creating customised coaching plans that enhance skills, boost confidence, and facilitate performance excellence.
  • Proven sales professional, with a dedication to exceeding targets and overcoming objectives.
  • Strong and unwavering work ethic, always leading by example.
