You’ll be responsible for designing eye-catching YouTube artwork, standout social media graphics, and high-impact marketing materials. Your work will help our clients boost their social identity, increase their engagement, and make a lasting impression.
What You’ll Be Working On
Client ProjectsYour designs will shape how our clients show up online. This includes:
- Creating YouTube thumbnails that demand clicks.
- Designing YouTube channel banners that set the tone for their brand.
- Developing video brand style guides (colours, fonts, name cards, end cards, transitions) to ensure everything stays on-brand.
You’ll also be a huge part of our brand, helping IAM stand out and attract new clients. That means:
- Creating sales and marketing materials (pitch decks, proposals, branded templates).
- Designing social media graphics for LinkedIn (new client announcements, team intros, client testimonials).
- Producing branded internal documents (email signatures, letterheads, slide decks).
What We’re Looking For
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: You love making things look amazing, but you also know how to stick to a brand’s style and purpose.
- Organisation & Initiative: You can juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaboration & Communication: You’ll work closely with our Studio Director, creative team, and sometimes directly with clients to make sure every design hits the mark.
- Confidence & Curiosity: You’re comfortable explaining your ideas and open to feedback that makes your work even stronger.
What You’ll Need
- A strong portfolio that shows off your skills and versatility.
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confidence working on a Mac.
- Familiarity with project management tools (we use Monday.com, but if you’ve used similar, that’s great).
- If you’ve got YouTube-specific design experience, that’s a huge plus.
