What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering CRO programmes across our client accounts, working closely with design, development and client stakeholders.
- CRO Strategy and Experimentation
- Owning CRO strategy and testing roadmap across all client accounts
- Developing testing roadmaps that are aligned with the client’s broader eCommerce objectives and marketing strategies
- Designing hypotheses-driven experiments grounded in a deep customer understanding, research, and user behaviour
- Designing test plans for each test
- Research, Insight and Analysis
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data from customer interviews, post-purchase surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, Google Analytics 4 and customer support tickets
- Reviewing user behaviour to identify friction points and drop-offs
- Translating insights into on brand UX, UI, and copy recommendations
- Delivery and Collaboration
- Working closely with designers and developers to scope, QA, and launch experiments in Intelligems
- Overseeing the setup of all CRO tests by the development team
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all client CRO related queries
- Reporting, Communication and Leadership
- Leading on client CRO calls to present test plans, results, and insights
- Supporting internal work‑in‑progress (WIP) updates with clear CRO status and outcomes
- Helping define and improve CRO processes, documentation, and best practices across the agency
5+ years of CRO experience in eCommerce
An agency background is a must
A commercially focused operator with an ability to articulate the business value of each test
Strong understanding of UX, UI, and conversion‑focused copy principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client‑facing presentations
Brand centric, with a keen eye for detail and what matters to brand
