Purpose of the role

  • Lead the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for IT services.
  • Execute category strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings, supplier performance, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IAG Group companies to define specifications and sourcing approaches.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and draft contracts in coordination with legal teams, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Support global procurement coverage across the IT services category, focusing on cash improvement, supply base rationalization, and e-sourcing adoption.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities are aligned with IAG Transform's governance standards and sustainability goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for IT services, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Implement category strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across OpCos to define specifications, align sourcing strategies, and ensure business needs are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and procurement expertise.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts using IAG Transform templates and coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Your skills, experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in strategic (category) procurement, ideally within IT services or IT consultancy.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage complex sourcing projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong contract drafting and commercial acumen, with knowledge of key clauses and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with e-sourcing tools and CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment.
