The Junior AdTech Product & Solutions Executive supports the development and day-to-day operation of IAG Media's advertising technology capability. Working with the AdTech Product & Solutions Manager, the role helps teams understand, document and support how Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta, Salesforce and LiveRamp fit together. This role is suited to someone early in their media or AdTech career who wants to grow into platform ownership, product solutions and campaign enablement. It supports the teams that sell, plan and deliver campaigns by checking details, logging issues, documenting fixes and learning how the platforms connect.
Your responsibilities
- Platform and campaign-readiness support: Support agreed checks across Google Ad Manager, DV360 and Meta, keeping notes, examples and evidence accurate and organised. Help Ad Operations and Planning check naming conventions, taxonomy, targeting, creative requirements, audience availability and reporting setup. Build practical understanding of how campaign requirements move from Sales and Planning into Salesforce, GAM, DV360, Meta, LiveRamp and reporting environments.
- Issue capture and coordination: Log platform or workflow issues clearly, gathering screenshots, examples, ticket details and issue history before routing them to the right owner. Support the manager with evidence, actions and follow-ups for internal teams, platform vendors, Reaktor, agencies and implementation partners. Spot recurring problems or unclear hand-offs and highlight them before they become campaign-delivery issues.
- Documentation and training: Maintain how-to guidance, FAQs, known-issue logs, naming standards, training notes and best-practice checklists. Turn platform learning and resolved issues into clear, plain-English guidance that helps media teams work more confidently. Keep documentation current, accessible and easy for Sales, Planning and Ad Operations teams to follow.
- Stakeholder support and continuous learning: Support Sales, Planning and Ad Operations by capturing requirements, checking details and routing platform questions clearly. Help prepare accurate evidence and documentation for Product, Data, Business Architecture, Service Operations, Cyber and other IAG Transform teams. Develop capability across media, AdTech, audiences, identity, reporting and platform support, proactively asking questions and sharing learning.
Your skills, experience and qualifications
- Essential: Some experience or exposure across media planning, Ad Operations, programmatic activation, trafficking, campaign QA, paid social, publisher operations or advertising platforms. Basic understanding of how digital media campaigns are briefed, planned, set up, activated, monitored and reported. Strong interest in Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta, Salesforce, LiveRamp, audiences, tags, identifiers and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with checklists, screenshots, notes, issue logs and naming conventions. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to create straightforward guidance for others. A curious, structured and proactive working style, with confidence asking questions and an appetite to learn.
- Desirable: Hands-on exposure to one or more digital advertising platforms, campaign-management tools or marketing technology systems. Awareness of audience activation, first-party data, creative QA, tags, signals, identity or reporting workflows. Experience supporting internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies or platform-support teams with evidence and follow-up actions. An ambition to grow into broader AdTech product ownership, platform solutions or campaign-enablement responsibilities.
