Design and implement supplier change management frameworks that drive sustainable transformation across the supply base.
Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to accelerate sustainability innovation and performance.
Oversee end-to-end Scope 3 carbon accounting, reporting, and reduction strategies across all supplier categories.
Implement robust measurement methodologies and data collection processes for supplier emissions tracking.
Drive supplier decarbonisation approach, setting science-based targets and monitoring progress against commitments.
Integrate life cycle assessment approaches to identify and prioritise high-impact sustainability interventions.
Social Governance & ComplianceLead social sustainability initiatives including labour standards, human rights due diligence, and ethical sourcing practices.

Provide guidance, tools, and support to enable OpCos to effectively manage supplier sustainability performance in their respective markets.
Establish governance frameworks that balance central programme direction with OpCo operational autonomy and accountability.
Compliance & Regulatory OversightEnsure the control framework addresses relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate with internal audit, external auditors, and regulatory bodies during examinations and assessments.
