Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for IT services. Execute category strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings, supplier performance, and innovation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IAG Group companies to define specifications and sourcing approaches. Negotiate commercial terms and draft contracts in coordination with legal teams, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Support global procurement coverage across the IT services category, focusing on cash improvement, supply base rationalization, and e-sourcing adoption. Ensure all sourcing activities are aligned with IAG Transform’s governance standards and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end sourcing processes for IT services, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Implement category strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost optimisation, supplier consolidation, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across OpCos to define specifications, align sourcing strategies, and ensure business needs are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and procurement expertise.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts using IAG Transform templates and coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years experience in strategic (category) procurement within IT services or IT consultancy.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage complex sourcing projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong contract drafting and commercial acumen, with knowledge of key clauses and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with e‑sourcing tools and CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a multi‑site/location environment.
