We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services. Our Holidays division including British Airways Holidays and Iberia Vacaciones, brings together trusted brands, connecting customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end-to-end travel experiences. We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation.

We’re looking for a Talent & Capability Advisor to create and deliver brilliant learning experiences for colleagues across both our Loyalty and Holidays divisions. You’ll play a key role in helping our people build the confidence, skills and capabilities they need to succeed, combining the coordination and administration that keeps our learning activity running smoothly with the hands-on design and delivery of engaging development programmes. You’ll take ownership of the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our Inspiring Induction experience, creating a seamless journey from pre-boarding through induction and early colleague engagement. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to the design of wider talent and capability initiatives and take an active role in delivering them to colleagues across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the coordination, day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of our Inspiring Induction experience, from pre-boarding through induction and early colleague engagement.
  • Coordinate learning and talent activity, including scheduling, enrolment, learner communications, learning records, reporting and feedback.
  • Help ensure our mandatory learning remains accurate, up to date and compliant, monitoring participation and following up where needed.
  • Contribute to the design and development of learning programmes, content and resources, and take ownership of delivering agreed initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging learning and development sessions across face-to-face, virtual and digital environments.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and turn them into practical and engaging learning experiences.
  • Use learner feedback, participation data and operational insight to understand what’s working and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Talent & Capability, People, Communications, Compliance and the wider business to keep learning relevant, well-coordinated and aligned to our culture and business needs.
  • Explore how learning technology, digital content, AI and automation can help us create more engaging and efficient learning experiences.
  • Keep learning content, resources and communications organised, relevant and up to date.
  • Support the smooth running of learning operations, including working with external suppliers and coordinating purchasing activity.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in learning and development, learning administration, induction, onboarding or a similar people-focused role.
  • Experience coordinating and administering learning activity, including scheduling, enrolment, learner communications, records and reporting.
  • Experience delivering learning sessions or supporting facilitator-led programmes, whether face-to-face, virtually or digitally.
  • Experience contributing to the design of learning content, programmes or resources and turning ideas into practical learning experiences.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a great colleague experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on and flexible approach, with the ability to spot problems, find practical solutions and keep things moving.
  • Confidence using learning technologies, digital content creation and reporting tools, with an interest in how technology can improve the learning experience.
  • Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technologies and how they could be used within learning and development.
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to test, learn and continuously improve.
  • Familiarity with blended learning, learning experience platforms (LXPs), authoring tools or agile and iterative approaches to learning design would be beneficial.

This role will work across both divisions and will be London based, with time also spent at our Crawley office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend - it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, across our London and Crawley locations, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

Our vision is to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Delivering that requires diverse thinking and inclusive leadership. We are committed to building a workplace where people feel they belong and are valued for their perspective. Inclusion drives better decisions, stronger performance and more innovative outcomes. We actively encourage applications from people with different experiences and backgrounds, and are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive and accessible.
