If you're looking for a role where you can develop your analytical skills, work on interesting commercial challenges and be part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect next step. We're looking for two Pricing Executives to join our collaborative Pricing team. One permanent opportunity and one 12-month fixed-term contract.
You'll use data to answer commercial questions and help shape the way customers use Avios. By analysing customer behaviour, demand, redemption trends and pricing performance, you'll uncover insights that help inform pricing decisions, customer propositions and promotions across our Loyalty business. You'll work with some of the world's best-known airlines on a wide variety of projects, from reward flights and pricing initiatives to new customer propositions.
You'll also be joining a genuinely collaborative team. You'll work closely with experienced analysts, sharing ideas, solving problems together and learning from one another every day. At the same time, you'll be trusted to take ownership of your own work, giving you the opportunity to build confidence while developing your technical and commercial skills.
There are lots of places you could continue your career in analytics. This role is all about curiosity, teamwork and using data to solve a variety of commercial challenges, so you'll get the most from it if you enjoy asking questions, sharing ideas and learning from others. You don't need experience in the travel or loyalty industry. If you're excited by the idea of using data to solve real business problems and want to continue developing your analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the development and optimisation of pricing strategies across Reward Flights, Pay with Avios and related loyalty redemption products.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to explore and combine data from multiple sources.
- Analyse data using tools including Tableau, Astrato and Excel to identify trends, opportunities and answer commercial questions.
- Build, own and maintain reports and dashboards, along with presentations that bring data to life to inform tactical and strategic pricing decisions.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring our pricing approaches are data-driven, efficient and aligned to business targets.
- Work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Data and Revenue Management, as well as airline partners.
- Explore how AI can support more effective and efficient ways of working.
What we need from you:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis and reporting through education or a previous role.
- Strong analytical, numerical and commercial acumen.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly and confidently.
- Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI or similar).
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior audiences.
- An innovative mindset with curiosity, urgency and a desire to continuously improve ways of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
- Is curious about AI and interested in how it can support analysis.

We might not be right for you if you prefer a role with the same routine every day or enjoy working independently with limited collaboration. This role is all about curiosity, teamwork and using data to solve a variety of commercial challenges, so you'll get the most from it if you enjoy asking questions, sharing ideas and learning from others.
