As our Partnership Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of high-profile brands who use Avios as their loyalty currency, including Qatar Airways, Finnair and Loganair. You'll build strong relationships with our partners, understand their ambitions and help turn them into plans that deliver sustainable commercial value for both our partners and IAG Loyalty. You'll be at the centre of these relationships day to day, bringing plans to life, improving partnership performance and identifying opportunities to grow the reach and value of Avios. You'll also work closely with our Business Development team as we look to bring new brands into the Avios ecosystem. It's a highly visible role with exposure to major global brands and stakeholders across IAG Loyalty and our partner organisations - giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing area of our business. Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, objectives and priorities. Work with our Partnership Performance & Strategy Lead to deliver commercial performance and KPIs across your portfolio. Use performance data and commercial insight to understand how partnerships are performing, identify opportunities and turn insight into action. Lead the coordination of monthly and quarterly business reviews, bringing together performance, priorities, opportunities and actions for both working and executive-level conversations. Analyse the potential impact of wider business changes, considering the customer, commercial and currency implications and recommending practical solutions. Support the delivery of strategic and commercial projects that improve and grow our Global Currency partnerships, coordinating activity and keeping delivery on track. Identify project risks and challenges early, working with stakeholders to find solutions and maintain momentum. Partner with our Business Development team as we explore opportunities to expand Avios to new global brands and markets. What we need from you Strong experience in account management, partnerships or a similar commercial relationship role, ideally working with large or strategically important brands. A track record of building trusted relationships with external partners and managing multiple priorities across a portfolio. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand how partnership activity connects to wider business performance and objectives. Good numerical and data literacy, with the ability to understand financial results and forecasts, interpret performance data and use insight to inform decisions. Confidence creating and delivering presentations, including presenting performance, recommendations and plans to stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate risks, work through ambiguity and keep activity moving forward. The ability to understand strategic business objectives and translate them into practical plans and actions at a partnership level. Experience working across different markets, cultures or international partnerships. Experience within loyalty, airlines or travel partnerships would be beneficial, as would experience working with commercial contracts and legal documentation. we're a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend - it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.
