We’re IAG Loyalty, one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision: to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services. Our Holidays division, including British Airways Holidays connects customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end to end travel experiences. We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to own partnerships, deliver real results, and see the direct impact of their work. As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile, well-known consumer brands, helping them grow, improving performance, and ensuring both sides deliver real commercial value. It’s about bringing plans to life, making things happen, and continuously improving how partnerships perform. You’ll have strong visibility across the business, with the opportunity to showcase what you’ve delivered and the impact you’ve made. You’ll have external facing ownership, building relationships with recognisable brands and senior stakeholders, giving you real exposure. It’s a fast-moving, growing area of the business, offering plenty of scope to take ownership, build your experience, and make your mark. This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend. It’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

What you’ll get up to:

  • Own and grow your partner portfolio: You’ll be the day-to-day contact for your partners, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. You’ll create joint business plans, support promotions, and manage contract renewals and commercial discussions.
  • Drive performance and results: You’ll forecast, track and own KPIs, including Avios issuance, engagement and profitability. You’ll identify growth opportunities, solve performance issues, and continuously improve results.
  • Deliver campaigns and growth initiatives: You’ll work with marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. You’ll explore opportunities to grow partnerships across airlines and new markets. You’ll support new partnership sourced by our Business Development team, from planning through to early optimisation.
  • Collaborate to deliver impact: You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver projects and growth opportunities. You’ll partner with technical teams to improve platforms and the customer experience. You’ll contribute to improving ways of working to increase speed and impact.

What we need from you:

  • Partnership management: You’ve got experience in partnership, account or relationship management and are comfortable owning partner performance day-to-day. You build strong, credible relationships and communicate with confidence. You’re comfortable influencing stakeholders across teams and levels.
  • Commercial & analytical thinking: You’re commercially astute and can quickly spot opportunities to create and optimise value. You understand how to deliver against commercial targets, balancing partner and internal goals. You’re comfortable using data, insights and customer understanding to guide decisions. You have experience with contracts and commercial terms (e.g. pricing, commitments, exclusivity).
  • Organisation & delivery: You’re highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. You take ownership and follow things through from idea to execution. You focus on outcomes and can demonstrate tangible results.
  • Collaboration & ways of working: You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve performance. You adapt quickly and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You bring energy and are happy sharing your successes and building visibility.

Nice to have: Experience in loyalty, travel, financial services or retail is helpful, but not essential.

We might not be right for you if: You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed. You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn’t right for everyone. You prefer a steady-state role with fixed processes; this role is best suited to someone who is curious, embraces change and is motivated by continuously improving how things work.

If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please do still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.

Diversity and Inclusion: Our vision is to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Delivering that requires diverse thinking and inclusive leadership. We are committed to building a workplace where people feel they belong and are valued for their perspective. Inclusion drives better decisions, stronger performance and more innovative outcomes. We actively encourage applications from people with different experiences and backgrounds, and are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is fair, inclusive and accessible.
