The opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Group Finance Operations Manager, you will be focusing on supporting daily Finance Operations processes across IAG Loyalty Group. This role is integral to ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance within Finance and will also contribute to the development of a Finance Operations Centre of Excellence that will support the strategic growth ambitions of the Group.
What you’ll get up to:

Providing IAGL Group Finance support with month-end activities including reconciliations, reporting and internal/external audit preparation.

Assisting with the maintenance of the IAGL Group Approval Matrix and ensuring that this is kept up to date.

Preparing monthly submissions for ATOL reporting – CAA Passenger Protection.

Supporting the IAGL Group Credit Card Reconciliation process.

Enabling IPP (International Passenger Protection) reporting for actuals and forecast figures to the Insurance Broker.

Facilitating Customer Refunds and Compensations.
