- You'll shape how enablement works across the Product & Sourcing function, creating the foundations that allow our buying teams to innovate faster, onboard suppliers more effectively, launch products with confidence and continue scaling as our ambitions grow.
This role is based out of our Crawley office. You will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home.

- Experience and future thinking: Experience from a complex, digitally led B2C, ecommerce or travel business.
- Operational excellence: A systems thinker, able to understand how work is done and redesign it into a simpler, more scalable operating model.
- Influence and mindset: Thrive in ambiguity, creating clarity, alignment and momentum across complex stakeholder groups.
