IAG Loyalty in Crawley is seeking a Content Operations Manager to shape the end-to-end content delivery across our Holidays digital channels. You will design scalable processes, build the operational framework, and partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to enable content to act as a strategic partner to the business.
This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Crawley office with flexibility to work remotely for the rest, and you will lead cross-functional projects, optimise CMS.
