As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile, well-known consumer brands. It’s a fast-moving, growing area of the business, offering plenty of scope to take ownership, build your experience, and make your mark.

This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend. It’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for your partners, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. You’ll work with marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. You’ll partner with technical teams to improve platforms and the customer experience.

You’ve got experience in partnership, account or relationship management and are comfortable owning partner performance day-to-day. You have experience with contracts and commercial terms (e.g. pricing, commitments, exclusivity). Experience in loyalty, travel, financial services or retail is helpful, but not essential.

You prefer a steady-state role with fixed processes; this role is best suited to someone who is curious, embraces change and is motivated by continuously improving how things work.
