The Senior Manager - Transformation will lead and manage transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in driving strategic change, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of transformation projects.
Working in partnership with the business to:
- Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the transformation process.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high performance and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations. Willing and able to travel to participate in meetings, workshops, and other related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within the airline industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Embracing and managing both business and IT change as necessary to help shape future direction.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Analytical/Data skillset, with the ability to understand, interrogate and present data.
- Experience of working in a consultancy is preferred.
