We are seeking a skilled Transformation Insight Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the acceleration of the Transformation plans across the group through the execution of data-driven strategies and analysis for increasing value and speed of the Transformation plans and inform critical decision-making across the organisation.

Job Description

Purpose of the role

  • Lead a robust and consistent Transformation reporting of all IAG opco's Transformation programmes for providing timely and accurate updates of Transformation plans to GBS and IAG leadership teams.
  • Design and implement performance metrics to measure the success of Transformation leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights that shape Transformation strategy and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key challenges and opportunities to accelerate transformational programmes.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in insights generation.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making excellence and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Run timely, effective, and insightful Transformation plans reporting driving value.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in group initiative database and Transformation site.
  • Work closely with Opco's Transformation teams for streamlining reporting process and sharing best practices on processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in insights or analytics roles, with a proven track record of managing strategic projects in the aviation Industry.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage tight deadlines and high level of accuracy.
  • A flexible and agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative, open working, excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional in a multicultural environment with strong project management skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint, ideally with experience with SQL and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
