The role acts as a bridge between the business and IAG Tech, understanding and capturing business needs to enable IT to develop, test, and deploy solutions that deliver benefits.

Accountabilities

• Partner with IAG Tech and the business to understand needs using structured methodologies.
• Create and lead requirements workshops.
• Capture and document business requirements clearly for solution delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, and review processes.
• Consider business needs alongside IAG Tech\’s architecture standards.
• Manage review and approval of requirements.
• Deliver projects of varying complexity.

This role may require travel to different sites for meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Process engineering and data analysis qualifications.

Skills

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical skills for capturing and documenting requirements.
• Prioritization and strategic guidance abilities.
• Experience managing change and working under pressure.
