Owns the day‑to‑day administration, data quality and user support of Salesforce for IAG Media, ensuring Sales, Account Management and Sales Planning teams use the system consistently and that all client, campaign, delivery, escalation and reporting information is complete, organised and ready to use.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce for IAG Media’s stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, campaign and delivery‑status data
- Build and manage dashboards for pipeline, revenue, campaign status, delivery issues and account activity
- Define and enforce CRM data‑quality rules, required fields and naming conventions
- Support users with Salesforce questions, training and process guidance
- Configure workflows, views, reports and process updates as the operating model evolves
- Support integration requirements between Salesforce, reporting dashboards and finance/billing tools
- Monitor CRM adoption and escalate repeated data‑quality or process issues
- Produce regular Salesforce reporting for Sales, Account Management, Finance teams and leadership
- Continuously improve Salesforce usability to reduce manual work and improve decision‑making
- Collaborate with Finance to create, send and track invoices to advertisers and partners; upload invoices to agency portals when required by agency agreements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years as Salesforce Administrator, CRM Administrator, Revenue or Sales Operations Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, objects, fields, workflows, dashboards and reporting
- Experience supporting sales, account management or campaign operations teams
- Good understanding of pipeline, opportunity, account, campaign and client‑service processes
- Strong data‑quality mindset, with experience defining required fields, naming conventions and reporting standards
- Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce improvements
- Experience training users, solving adoption issues and creating simple user guidance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards for leadership and operational teams
- Understanding of OMS, campaign tracking, billing or media operations workflows is desirable
- Detail‑oriented, structured and able to manage competing requests from multiple teams
