Purpose of the role
The Project Insights Manager will play a critical role in strengthening programme governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across the Airports Procurement Programmes portfolio. The role will drive high-quality, insight-led reporting, structured governance, and programme visibility, enabling senior stakeholders to make informed decisions and ensuring delivery discipline across multiple strategic initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- PMO & Programme Delivery Support: Provide PMO support across key Airport Programmes; maintain integrated programme plans, including milestones and critical paths, dependencies and interlocks, risks and issue tracking; support coordination across programmes and OpCos.
- Governance & Control: Support key programme governance forums (Programme Board, SteerCo); ensure consistent application of PMO standards and controls; drive improvements in governance structure and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Insight Generation: Develop high-quality, insight-driven reporting for Airports Leadership Team (ALT) and senior committees (SCO, OpCo MC); translate programme data into clear, concise, executive-level outputs.
- Performance Tracking & Portfolio Oversight: Monitor programme performance across the Airports portfolio; track delivery against milestones, benefits, and savings targets; provide transparency on programme health and delivery risk.
- PMO Frameworks & Continuous Improvement: Develop and enhance PMO frameworks, templates, and toolkits; standardise reporting, planning, and governance approaches.

Your skills, experience and qualifications
- Core Skills
- Strong PMO / project management capability.
- Excellent analytical and insight-generation skills.
- Ability to produce executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational discipline.
- Experience
- Experience in PMO, programme delivery, or project analyst roles.
- Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience supporting senior governance forums.
- Procurement or transformation experience (desirable).
- Qualifications (Desirable)
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
