You will own the platform vision and roadmap, translate Joint Business priorities into technology outcomes, and ensure day‑to‑day reliability, adoption and value realisation across IAG Cargo and partner carriers. Operating at the intersection of Product, Commercial and Operations, you’ll lead cross‑partner governance, steer vendor delivery, and influence strategic investment to unlock sustained commercial growth.
What You’ll Do
- Joint Business product leadership & strategy: Own the Joint Business digital product strategy and multi‑year roadmap, aligning with commercial goals, partner integration needs and future growth; influence enterprise planning and investment decisions. Turn Joint Business priorities into clear product deliverables, sequencing near‑term value with long‑term platform direction; define success metrics and track outcomes. Represent IAG Cargo in Joint Business governance, aligning digital initiatives and delivery across carriers and vendors, resolving issues, and managing changing requirements.
- Commercial platform ownership & performance: Lead the day‑to‑day operational cadence for Booking & Selling, ensuring incident management, escalation handling and SLA adherence across platforms and partners. Maintain and govern core distribution rule sets, including routing logic, connection parameters, scope rules, availability behaviour and commercial guardrails, to optimise conversion and yield. Own performance reporting (booking success rates, right‑first‑time confirmations, manual touch indicators, defect reduction) and drive continuous improvement with clear SOPs.
- Change, delivery & adoption: Lead cross‑functional delivery and change with directorates, partners and vendors to ensure new capabilities are adopted, supported and embedded into daily Joint Business and IAG Cargo operations. Manage phased feature delivery, balancing short‑term value realisation with the broader platform roadmap.
- Partner, vendor & stakeholder leadership: Engage senior stakeholders across IAG Cargo and Joint Business partners to align strategy, resolve trade‑offs and maintain delivery momentum. Oversee key vendor relationships, including selection, integration and performance management against evolving partnership needs.
- Commercial impact & innovation: Support Revenue Management & Pricing in deploying commercial guardrails, enhancing pricing/availability behaviours, and testing revenue‑impacting changes safely. Identify and develop innovation opportunities, from new industry standards to emerging technologies that advance our core business and Joint Business partnership.
