About the Role

The Commercial Partnerships Analyst plays a key role in delivering the commercial performance of the Joint Business. Acting as the primary interface for partners, this position ensures optimal revenue outcomes through revenue‑management activity across the Joint Business, providing insight, reporting, and support to both internal IAG teams and partner carriers.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with partner airlines to design and deliver joint processes, continually reviewing and adjusting for effectiveness.
  • Coordinate across carriers for multi‑carrier commercial decisions, focusing on committed capacity opportunities and RFPs/RFQs.
  • Set up and support the cadence of performance meetings, both internally for IAG and across the Joint Business.
  • Maintain all Joint Business documentation, ensuring accessibility for colleagues.
  • Lead revenue‑management training for colleagues and other functions, such as sales.
  • Assist in managing Joint Business contracts, delivering high utilisation and correct billing.
  • Monitor commercial performance and provide required reporting.
  • Complete ad‑hoc analyses related to the Joint Business.
