About the role

Reporting into the Global Reward Partner, this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in supporting all areas of the IAGC Reward function, from leading and developing benefits and digital recognition platforms, to supporting annual compensation and bonus reviews, evaluating and benchmarking roles, pay proposals, annual gender pay reviews, organisational reporting, data analysis and driving insight development. The role will also support key business strategies, from initiation through to implementation and ongoing development thereof. The individual will be a proactive self-starter who has a passion for all things Reward, with a critical eye for detail and curios problem solver, used to managing confliction priorities and embracing change in a fast-paced often challenging work environment.

What you’ll do

  • Supports the Global Reward Partner on innovation, implementation, delivery, continuous improvement and ongoing development of the Global Reward Compensation, Benefits and Recognition functional business strategy
  • Leads and develops on all global benefits, wellbeing and recognition platforms and engagement programmes, including cyclical benefits activities and roadshows
  • Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous development of critical / adhoc Reward projects, producing and driving organisational key insight and data analysis to support business strategies and Reward recommendations
  • Supports cyclical Reward activities such as the annual Reward Pay and Bonus reviews
  • Leads on Gender Pay Gap reporting, and EU Pay Transparency framework directive
  • Performs Job Evaluations, Market Benchmarking, and supporting business Pay Proposals
  • Supports on adhoc reporting, data analysis, People dashboards to support Reward and organisational framework
  • Supports the day-to-day operational requirements within the Reward function
  • Provides professional Reward advice to the People Team and wider business functions and senior leadership
  • Supports continuous review and development of Reward framework, driving transparency and business efficiency
  • Builds and develops key business relationships and networks across the business, Opcos and 3rd party suppliers
  • Provide continued support on new and ongoing developments
  • Supports on global market annual survey compensation and benefits reviews and submissions
  • Supports policy creation, alignment and transparency across global markets and business locations and Opcos
  • Supporting and developing Global Mobility framework

  • Comfortable working across different data and reporting platforms and dashboards
  • Strong excel skills, ability to work with large data sets to build analysis and provide insight and recommendations

  • Innovative ability to initiate, propose, implement and continually develop Reward frameworks
  • Commercial strategic and forward thinking

Skills and Experience:

  • Reward background desirable with experience in job evaluations, benchmarking and pay proposals and project managing different key or cyclical initiatives or campaigns
  • Working in a busy challenging global team environment
  • Proven ability to create and implement reward strategies globally
  • Experience of engaging with and managing external suppliers
  • Comfortable working and collaborating with senior leadership
  • Experience in supporting reward, benefits and recognition cyclical activities and BAU
  • Experience in leading and presenting Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Experience is supporting Reward activities i.e., compensation cycles (Pay and Bonus)
