IAG Cargo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders across an international business. You will translate strategy into integrated people and organisation plans and lead organisational design and change across countries and business areas.
In this role you will own talent and succession, performance and reward, employee relations, and workforce analytics, partnering with Finance, Legal and local teams to deliver consistent, sustainable outcomes and a positive employee experience.
