As Global Business Manager, you will lead the coordinated delivery of IAG Cargo’s most important global commercial initiatives. You will manage the Regional Business Managers, providing clear direction, support and challenge, while working across regions to ensure consistent execution, strong governance and clear progress in support of the Global Selling Strategy and Joint Business partnerships.
It’s All About You
- Drive consistent execution of global commercial priorities across all regions, reducing reliance on regional interpretation.
- Line manage the Regional Business Managers, providing clear direction, coaching, performance oversight and escalation support.
- Coordinate Business Management activity for Joint Business partnerships (e.g. QR, MH), ensuring alignment, governance and consolidated reporting.
- Coordinate delivery of the sales incentive process across regions, including timelines, inputs and execution, while overall framework accountability remains with Sales Effectiveness.
- Support delivery of the Global Selling Strategy by embedding a global mindset and ensuring aligned regional execution.
- Provide structured tracking, governance and issue resolution to accelerate delivery of agreed priorities.
- Identify cross‑regional dependencies, risks and opportunities, escalating where required to enable effective decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Sales Effectiveness Manager and Head of Business Management to ensure alignment on directorate priorities.
