About the role
Digitalising our selling practices is an essential strand of IAGCs business strategy encompassing the design and creation of our fully digital capabilities. Transforming the future of sales today to achieve scalable growth tomorrow.
As a Digital Sales Platform Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our distribution strategy through analytics and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IAG Cargo’s digital sales platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, managing platform errors, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, and using performance insights to drive continuous improvements.
You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver a stable, scalable, and high-performing digital sales environment. You will be active part of the relationship with digital partners, ensuring we are constantly improving our proposition with them. The output of your work will ensure that we are maximising growth opportunities and reducing our exposure to performance errors.
What you’ll do
Performance Analysis
- Produce and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards covering digital sales performance and error rates. Using insights to help drive the digital mix and commercial targets.
- Analyse platform data to identify drop-off points, booking failures, or friction in the digital journey.
- Support business case creation and report distribution KPIs to the wider organization
Platform Support & Resolution
- Monitor digital sales platforms for errors and stability issues, identifying trends in recurring errors or customer-reported issues.
- Escalate technical issues to IT and suppliers and track progress to resolution, maintaining internal ticketing systems and SLA/performance trackers.
- Organise weekly reviews on issue delivery, backlog status, and testing outcomes.
Coordinate Day-to-Day Operations
- Collaborate with IT delivery teams to maintain and improve existing platform infrastructure, acting as liaison between Digital Sales, IT, and suppliers for operational escalations. Representing the Digital Sales team on IT bridge
- Identify and analyse customer pain points or friction areas, sharing with Product Management to be refined into actionable improvements such as enhancements.
- Serve as the contact from Digital Sales when cross-functional platform changes occur. Ensuring “definition of done” is followed across technical changes.

- Written & Verbal Communication – Able to clearly report issues, updates, and insights across technical and non-technical teams
