About the role

Provide operational support for Constant Climate bookings, shipment tracking, and monitoring across our wider European networks, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for time‑and temperature‑sensitive healthcare shipments. The role focuses on European customers and movements. Europe and UK IAGC office locations on the BA network may be considered for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the booking of Constant Climate shipments ensuring all data is accurate, complete and compliant with product and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track shipments throughout their journey, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and key milestones.
  • Liaise with specialist suppliers to support shipment preparation, including temperature control solutions and monitoring requirements.
  • Work closely with the Climate Reservations Team to ensure all bookings meet required standards and processes.
  • Support capacity visibility by highlighting constraints and communicating potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Constant Climate Manager and Sales teams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports and shipment updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment activity and customer information within relevant systems.
  • Support the coordination and resolution of service issues, including contributing to corrective and preventative actions where required.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Assist with customer visits and operational tours where required.
  • Provide support across the wider team during periods of absence to maintain continuity of customer service.

It's all about you

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

  • 1-5 years’ experience in a sales support role ideally within logistics or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in or ability to understand air cargo booking processes and systems.
  • Strong demonstrable interest in temperature controlled, healthcare, pharmaceutical or Constant Climate logistics.
  • Experience of working with complex systems and data in a fast moving commercial and/or operational environment.
  • Experience working in teams and communicating across organisational hierarchies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions in a fast paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks and work with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable working with data, including the ability to interpret, validate and interrogate data to support decision making and performance tracking.
  • Resilience to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Sound problem solving capability with confidence to elevate where appropriate.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across cultures and organisational hierarchies.
  • High level of competence in all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
