About the role
The IAG Cargo Revenue Management function is a key commercial element of this global business, setting the prices dynamically based on market conditions. This is a key role that works with RM with the aim of getting the best from the current traditional RM system, from the newly developed pricing tool and any new systems, processes or data identified that could enhance IAG Cargo revenue earning capability.
- Supporting further implementation of the newly developed pricing tool.
- Leading or supporting improvements in the usage and, where possible, functionality of our other Revenue Management systems.
- Leading or contributing to continuous improvement effort of existing RM & pricing capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Understand current IAG Cargo revenue management and dynamic pricing capabilities (both system and processes).
- Help to identify opportunities to improve the capability either through system change or process improvement using insight from analysis of commercial data.
- Support the design and support trials to prove value of improvements.
- Contribute to new metrics and benefits tracking methods.
- Supporting the product development path for RM and Pricing systems.
- Working with other colleagues to test the details of the new pricing tool and changes required.

- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and team working skills, excellent level of written/spoken English required.
- Ability to source and analyse complex data using tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Experience with RM and Pricing tools.
- Driven to deliver on time, every time.

- Revenue management and/or pricing systems, processes and data.
- Strong analytics background and proven numerical expertise.
