IAC is proud to work with one of the world's leading health and science research trusts. Our client is looking for a Legal Compliance Manager to join for an initial basis of 12-14 weeks. The role's primary objective is to provide support within the areas of modern slavery compliance, conflict of interest management, and rolling out an organisation-wide framework for policy management.
This is an operational role with responsibility for:
- Drafting statements that will reach EXCO
- Developing company-wide policies
- Dealing with senior stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have deep compliance expertise in:
- Conflict of interest
- Modern slavery
- Policy management
My client prefers a qualified lawyer, if possible, as well as experience in financial crime. If you can think outside the box, identify gaps in complex processes, and translate technical compliance requirements for a range of audiences, this could be the right role for you.
Requirements include:
