An exciting and innovative FMCG business celebrating their 25th year in operation is looking for a skilled Internal Controls Lead with a focus on SOx compliance to join them on a FTC basis for 9-12 months. This position will report into the Group Financial Controller.
Stakeholder engagement is crucial in this role, as well as the ability to ensure a robust SOX compliance framework is in place. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, work efficiently and effectively, and meet challenging deadlines.
Experience in implementing Internal Controls and superb communication skills with the ability to influence change in an FMCG or similar environment are essential. The business operates flexibly, requiring 3 days a week in their West London offices with minimal travel.
