IAC are currently partnering with a multinational business to recruit for an Internal Audit Manager to join a highly supportive team that really invests in its people. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls while supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will deliver independent assurance, advisory support, and risk insights across a broad range of operational and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities of the role will feature:

  • Planning and delivering of high-quality internal audit assignments across operational, corporate, and functional areas.
  • Evaluation of risks, governance arrangements, business processes, and internal controls.
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of control environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce clear, concise, and insightful reports with practical recommendations.
  • Deliver audits in accordance with professional standards and internal methodologies.

Due to the nature of the role you can be based anywhere in the UK but must be open to travelling to various sites and have a UK Driving License.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional qualification in Audit, Accounting, Risk Management.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience delivering audits within operationally complex organisations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
