IAC’s latest vacancy sits with one of the UKs leading training and development independent consultancies who provide services to thousands of accountancy business and financial services organisations across the UK, including those in the Big 4 and large retail banks. As a Technical Training Consultant, you will create and deliver training content to these organisations staff members, such as first-year audit trainees. There is additional scope to get involved in additional duties including file reviews and other work. You will see 50% of your time on client site and the rest remote. This could mean 2 weeks of 1 month on client site and the other 2 fully remote. Most clients will be positioned in London however some are UK wide. All travel is expensed and you will know what your travel diary looks like at least 6-12 months in advance. Please note that travel expectations are reduced to 25% for those not local to London and instead clients with more local offices will be assigned instead. A strong work life balance is promoted at this organisation, whereby 37hr work weeks are protected and outside of hours working is prohibited and something that even the hiring managers don’t do themselves. This role is ideal for an ACA or equivalent qualified audit assistant manager or assistant manager with strong technical expertise and a true passion for training and developing others.
