The Commerce Media Lead will drive IAB UK's work on Commerce Media, bringing members together to agree priorities, share best practice and make progress on the issues that matter most.
This is a senior individual contributor role that requires good judgement, strong relationships and the ability to help members agree priorities and deliver against them.

Lead the industry
Position IAB UK as the UK's leading independent voice on Commerce Media
Develop clear positions on the issues shaping the future of Commerce Media
Represent IAB UK at conferences, media interviews, industry events and senior stakeholder forums
Build relationships with IAB Europe, IAB US, other national IABs, trade bodies, analysts and industry commentators to bring international thinking into the UK market
Develop research, guidance, standards, events and thought leadership that strengthen IAB UK's position on Commerce Media
Set the agenda
Develop and deliver IAB UK's Commerce Media strategy
Lead and grow the IAB’s Commerce Media Community group
Turn the Community's priorities into an annual roadmap with clear objectives, milestones and measures of success
Prioritise depth over breadth, focusing the Community on the issues that matter most
Turn priorities into action
Turn the annual roadmap into clear workstreams with agreed outputs, owners and deadlines.
Produce practical resources that help members solve real business problems.
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members, demonstrating the value of IAB UK and supporting the growth of our Commerce Media Community.
Bring together expertise from Insight, Policy, Marketing, Events and Member Services to maximise the impact of IAB UK's Commerce Media activity.
Embed Commerce Media across IAB UK's wider work rather than treating it as a standalone initiative.
