As a Centre Manager at Community Kids Haven Greensborough, you’ll lead a committed team in a vibrant, purpose-built learning environment offering childcare and kindergarten programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

The opportunity
- Oversee the daily operations of a vibrant, high-performing early learning centre.
- Inspire, mentor and empower educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families.
- Build meaningful relationships with families, the local community, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Champion the centre's philosophy and values in every aspect of practice and communication.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to achieve organisational and quality goals.
- Support the implementation of an innovative, play-based curriculum aligned with EYLF and NQS.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
About You
- A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- 5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 2 years in leadership/management
- (Negotiable)
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of success in driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hold a current and valid, Working with Children's Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, Anaphylaxis Management, Mandatory Reporting and Asthma Certificates.
- A current Food Handling Certificate.
- Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance knowledge of National Regulations, Quality Standards, and EYLF (incl. Victorian frameworks).
