We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced, AI-driven SaaS environment. This role is a launchpad for individuals looking to develop core experience in product-led client engagement, sales operations, and strategic pre-sales coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing and Support teams to ensure timely and seamless interactions across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle from managing demo and quote requests to supporting onboarding during pilot phases. You’ll also play a critical role in researching, analysing and identifying ideal clients to support comprehensive outreach strategies. This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for someone excited about shaping the future of client engagement in the SaaS industry.
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Coordination, Client Support, or similar role involving client engagement (SaaS/Tech background preferred).
- Ability to work across different time zones (AU, NZ, UK, or US, etc.).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity and passion for learning new tools and technologies — especially AI-driven platforms.
- Comfortable using productivity and CRM tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Manage and respond to inbound demo and quote requests received via web forms, email, and partner channels.
- Coordinate and schedule demo/discovery calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm timeslots, respond to pre-sales inquiries, and ensure engagement momentum.
- Track and update client engagement activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot/Pipedrive, etc).
- Liaise with internal teams to align resources for scheduled demos or onboarding sessions.
- Assist with post-sales follow-ups during pilot phases, including collecting feedback and sharing helpful materials.
- Prepare and maintain client-facing materials (e.g., calendar invites, FAQs, demo decks).
- Ability to be up-to-date with Product knowledge to assist with pre-sales queries.
- Conduct structured research to identify potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Compile company and contact information from public sources, LinkedIn, and other databases to assist with targeted outreach.
