Job Overview

ADR Tanker Driver – Full Time, Permanent. Location: Widnes. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, with up to 4 nights out each week. Salary: £57,720 P.A. (based on 10 hrs of overtime per week).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Paired with an HGV driver trainer to learn how to safely deliver and collect various chemicals.
  • All PPE for the training is issued prior to starting.
  • Your work varies each week, with returns to one of two depots in Grays where our HGV trucks are based.
  • You may return home at the end of a day’s work in Grays, Essex.
  • All hours are paid as per tachograph, including breaks.
  • Jobs are allocated to you throughout the week via email from the transport team; communication is essential.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be keen, efficient, and have sound safe working practices.
  • ADR licence in tanks – all classes except 1 & 7.
  • Always conscious of health and safety for yourself and those around you.
  • Valid Digital tacho.
