Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Wetherby. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The individual will be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, develop long-term relationships, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Understanding of Business principles and practices
- Strong Communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and achieving business growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in payroll or related industries is an advantage
