Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager β Coventry β Salary Negotiable
Our client is a recognised FMCG business based in Coventry are seeking applications for a new Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager. The business is experiencing a period of accelerated growth and expansion and are seeking applications from experienced βhands onβ candidates who have a detailed background in management and operational support. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will come from a Warehouse / Logistics operations background. You will be supporting the growth and development of the operation alongside the existing management structure in several key areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in managing inventory in a large warehouse environment within excess of 17,000 pallet locations.
- Outstanding data interpretation and reporting skills.
- An advanced user of excel spreadsheets
- To manage day to day activity
- Ability to prioritise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks
- Customer focused with an ability to communicate at all levels
- WMS experience
- Be able to identify training requirements and create training plans
- Create a cohesive and quality driven team
