Property Maintenance Technician – Self Employed
Location: Norwich & surrounding areas
Salary: Competitive rates available
Transport: Company Van Option Available (or preference for own Van)
A new opportunity has become available for a Self-Employed Property Maintenance Technician to assist us with our on-going business and upcoming projects.
The successful candidate will have skills in various trades such as plumbing, painting & decorating, carpentry, roofing repairs, plastering, carpets & flooring and kitchen & bathroom fitting, including tiling.
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOT’s.
Candidates will be required to work in an efficient way, working to deadlines and to a very high standard.
It is desirable that you have your own tools, complete with the relevant work-related insurances.
