The Role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover) to provide full day to day support to Senior Partner at our Borehamwood office. This is a busy and varied role which requires relevant previous experience, ideally within Practice or Professional Services organisation. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and proactively managing emails on a daily basis
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and correspondence
- Financial support, including running WIP reports, raising invoices and updating the tax groups annual billing schedule
- Filing personal tax returns and CT600s together with checking HMRC notices and printing out HMRC accounts
