  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services
  • Manage delivery using Agile, Lean, or hybrid methodologies
  • Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality
  • Foster collaboration and high-performing team dynamics
  • Support organisations in adopting new ways of working and digital operating models
  • Facilitate organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
  • Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable transformation practices
Skills and Experience:
  • Apply best practice frameworks such as GDS standards where relevant
  • Work effectively within regulated and complex environments, including defence, local government, and banking
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Bring awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and automation tooling
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience through digital solutions
  • Support clients in understanding and applying AI and automation principles responsibly
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the practice
  • Contribute to business development, capability growth, and internal improvement initiatives
  • Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as defence, local government, banking, or financial services
  • Awareness of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies
  • Experience facilitating change and supporting organisations through transformation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
