We are seeking talented and motivated Digital Transformation Consultants to join our growing team. We are building a broad and diverse capability and are keen to hear from individuals across a range of disciplines, including Business Analysts, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and other digital specialists. Our consultants partner with clients to design, deliver, and embed digital solutions that drive meaningful change. You will work across the full transformation lifecycle — from shaping strategy and discovery through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement — helping organisations realise value through modern technology, data, and ways of working. We operate across both public and private sectors, including defence, local government, and banking, and align to recognised standards such as the UK Government Digital Service (GDS).
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Discovery
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
- Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, user needs, and processes
- Translate complex problems into actionable insights and opportunities
- Product Management
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Prioritise backlogs based on user value and business outcomes
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management
- Apply user‑centred design principles and data‑driven decision‑making
- Delivery Management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services
- Manage delivery using Agile, Lean, or hybrid methodologies
- Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality
- Foster collaboration and high‑performing team dynamics
- Digital Transformation & Change
- Support organisations in adopting new ways of working and digital operating models
- Facilitate organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
- Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable transformation practices
Skills and Experience
- Apply best practice frameworks such as GDS standards where relevant
- Work effectively within regulated and complex environments, including defence, local government, and banking
- Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Bring awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and automation tooling
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision‑making, and customer experience through digital solutions
- Support clients in understanding and applying AI and automation principles responsibly
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the practice
- Contribute to business development, capability growth, and internal improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices
- Familiarity with GDS standards and user‑centred design principles (or similar frameworks)
- Experience working in regulated environments such as defence, local government, banking, or financial services
- Awareness of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies
- Experience facilitating change and supporting organisations through transformation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Practitioner) are beneficial but not essential.
Role Location
This role is a full‑time position (40 hours/5 days a week). Our consultants are expected to work in a hybrid environment, in accordance with our clients. We require our people to be within an easily commutable distance of our Bristol office and to be able to co‑locate at our client locations, which are typically 50 miles of Bristol or along the M4 corridor. New clients are always coming on board, and we require our consultants to be able to work flexibly and wherever this work requires.
