This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of key initiatives, including a large-scale upgrade of a core policy administration platform, alongside additional projects aligned to the wider change portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives
- Take ownership of an in-flight programme focused on a major system enhancement
- Oversee additional projects within a prioritised change portfolio
- Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
- Ensure projects are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
