We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Engineer to join a high-impact Salesforce transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in delivering and evolving a global Salesforce ecosystem across multiple lines of business. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining solution architecture, technical delivery, and business engagement. You’ll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and step up when senior leadership is unavailable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead solution design and technical delivery across Salesforce and integrated platforms
- Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Translate business requirements and customer journeys into technical designs
- Challenge and influence architectural decisions to optimise outcomes
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring developers and reviewing code where needed
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, cloud, event-driven architecture)
- Support Agile delivery across global teams and remove technical blockers
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and governance standards
