The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with development, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making and customer feedback.
  • Ensure products are delivered against agreed KPIs, business objectives, and customer outcomes.
  • Champion agile delivery practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, within the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, underwriting processes, policy administration, and broker workflows.
  • Experience delivering insurance technology and digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrable experience working with low-code or no-code underwriting platforms and insurance product configuration tools.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Earnix, hyperexponential (hx), Novidea, VIPR, Socotra, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Instanda, or similar insurance technology solutions would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
