One of i3's top clients is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of digital product and technology initiatives across Digital Solutions. We’re looking for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with a modern, product-led mindset: someone who creates the conditions for teams to succeed rather than owning product outcomes directly.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering colleagues to support agile ways of working, remove delivery friction, improve flow across teams and contribute to consistent delivery standards and governance.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and enable delivery across squads and value streams. Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to support delivery of business outcomes through effective planning, prioritisation and execution.
  • Drive transparency and delivery confidence. Create clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and delivery health through effective governance, communication and reporting.
  • Embed strong agile delivery practices. Coach squads and stakeholders in agile principles and ways of working, facilitating planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Improve team effectiveness and sustainable delivery. Support teams to establish realistic delivery plans, improve flow and predictability, remove blockers and create healthy, high-performing environments.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and governance. Support quarterly planning activities and help teams balance capacity, demand and delivery confidence while promoting informed decision-making.
  • Help develop delivery capability. Contribute to delivery standards, share best practice, mentor others and support the continued evolution of delivery management across Digital Solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager operating within agile, product-led environments.
  • Strong experience partnering with Product Owners, Product Managers and Technical Leads.
  • Experience enabling delivery through planning, governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of delivery metrics, team effectiveness and agile delivery practices.
  • Experience supporting business change and embedding outcomes into operational environments.
  • Agile and/or Scrum certification.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ideal experience

  • Experience delivering digital products, platforms or services within environments such as: Insurance and Financial Services, Technology-led organisations, Digital platforms and online services, Retail / E-commerce, Large-scale digital transformation environments.
  • Experience across digital products, data, platforms, customer journeys or AI-enabled services would be particularly valuable.
