I'm working with a leading global insurer that's investing heavily in a brand-new global Guidewire implementation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping the architecture of one of the organisation's most significant transformation programmes.

The Opportunity

  • As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions across a complex insurance landscape, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture while delivering scalable, cloud-first solutions.
  • You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams and programme leadership to:
    • Define solution architecture for a large-scale Guidewire implementation
    • Lead architecture from concept through to delivery and governance
    • Design integration strategies across Guidewire, APIs, cloud services and enterprise platforms
    • Drive application modernisation, migration and technology roadmaps
    • Champion architecture best practices, design standards and reusable solutions
    • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout delivery
    • Collaborate with Agile and DevSecOps teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and fit for purpose.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Solution Architecture experience within insurance
  • Strong Guidewire implementation experience (greenfield or migration)
  • Experience designing cloud-native and API-led solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior level
  • A background delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
